Founded in the heart of Dallas, Texas in 2007, North Star Behavioral Health is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. We believe everyone deserves the chance to thrive without stigma barriers. ur founder and CEO, Dr. Daniella Rojas, is a board-certified psychiatrist with years of experience in the Mental Health and Mental Retardation (MHMR)  system. As an MHMR specialist, Dr. Rojas has worked extensively with individuals facing serious mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and developmental challenges. Her journey began after witnessing a close family member struggle to find quality mental health resources in Dallas. That experience inspired her to create a clinic where every person is treated with respect, dignity, and expert care—regardless of their background or the obstacles they face. What started as a small office has grown into a trusted center for both telehealth and in-person psychiatry, therapy, and support services. Over the years, North Star has helped thousands of individuals and families regain hope, build resilience, and move forward toward brighter futures.
